1. Nearly all products sold by RobotOz are manufactured in USA, UK or China.
However there are some products made in Australia, these are the Joker Robotics products, like the Eyebot and the
Soccerbot Top
2. Please read the menu item "Products", and read the "About" section in each. This will
give you a description of the products, and guidance about how difficult the project may be. Top
3. After the cost of the product, the biggest cost is international freight. Most manufacturers
prefer to send by Airfreight Courier, which costs about $100 (AUD) per kilo. Then there is a customs processing
fee, customs duty and on all that is added GST. Top

5. We will provide a refund to any product returned to us (freight paid) which is unopened,
unpacked and ready for resale. Top
6. Please contact RobotOz, and we will discuss the issues. If the product is failing to
operate according to the advertised specifications, then we will either replace it, or offer a refund.
