1. If we have stock, and you are in Australia, then your order will be delivered in 2-4 days.
If we do not have stock, then there will be a delay of 7-10 days to get the goods here, and then 2-4 days
to deliver to you in Australia. If you are outside Australia, we will contact you to discuss a delivery timetable. Top
2. We will provide a refund to any product returned to us (freight paid) which is unopened,
unpacked and ready for resale. Top
3. After the cost of the product, the biggest cost is international freight. Most manufacturers
prefer to send by Airfreight Courier, which costs about $100 (AUD) per kilo. Then there is a customs processing
fee, customs duty and on all that is added GST. Top
4. Robot-Oz is an internet business, and we deliver product by mail, so we have no shop.
We are located in Perth, Western Australia, and we supply all our orders by Australia Post. Top
